Paul van Hoeven (1967) has over 25 years of experience in project management and property management. From his office in Vught, he works under the name INEXS Projectmanagement.

In addition to property management, INEXS inspects the constructional quality of real estate and reports to his client. In 2013 Paul van Hoeven completed his education as an Integral Property Inspector and Integral Property Adviser and has been included in the independent register of Sertum. INEXS inspects in accordance with NEN2767 which is the standard for condition measurement.

As a spider in the web, INEXS is the link between the Landlord and the tenant. Not only constructional and technical knowledge of real estate, but also communication between the various parties is crucial. INEXS reports about the quality of real estate, provides clear advice on the required maintenance, selects the implementing parties and coordinates the work.
